I wanted something special for my Sons 18th and they recommended a personalised balloon. We were delighted with the service and the creativity of the balloon. A week later and it’s still going on. Highly recommend this company.

I contacted Richard right before my birthday and he was very accommodating, he shared pictures with different options, was super fast and delivered the prettiest balloons I’ve ever had. Will definitely be a returning customer and recommend Balloontastic to everyone!

I contacted Richard a few days before my daughter’s birthday and asked for a rose gold theme. I was delighted with the result, it is beautiful and it made the room look so lovely. My daughter loved it. Richard was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

I contacted Richard about 3 weeks before our parent’s 60th Wedding Anniversary Party and if i’m honest – I didn’t have a clue what I wanted – I just knew we needed something…. He was an absolute star and reassuringly, told me he was sure we could sort something out. We discussed a couple of options and he sent pictures of some arrangements he made and we figured it out from there. He also talked through colour combinations and styles so we had different options. He arrived at the venue when he said he would and took time to set the display up and showed me show to move it when needed. Nothing was too much trouble. It looked absolutely gorgeous and mum and dad were so pleased as it has their names on the big main balloon. It even lasted well after the party until their actual anniversary (3 weeks after!). An excellent service and quality products and I would highy recommend.

We have used Richard on both the occasions of my grandsons 1st birthday and my daughters wedding, both times Richard offered a professional, knowledgable and competent service, he really worked hard to understand and create exactly what we wanted and came up with lots of ideas.
