I used balloontastic for a big birthday bash, and Rich really came up with the goods. He showed me loads of different options to understand what I was after, and came up with some awesome displays. He was fantastic at keeping in touch, liaised with the venue and set up well before the event. Loads of comments on the night about how good they looked.
