I used balloontastic for a big birthday bash, and Rich really came up with the goods. He showed me loads of different options to understand what I was after, and came up with some awesome displays. He was fantastic at keeping in touch, liaised with the venue and set up well before the event. Loads of comments on the night about how good they looked. From start to finish we received the very best service. I had a last minute let down and Rich came to our rescue. The service was very efficient and professional throughout. He went above and beyond to make our event the best it could be. Would 100% recommend and use again.
