We will arrange access to your venue by communicating directly with the event coordinator. Agree on arrival time and a suitable location to work on site. All safety requirements will be met and statements supplied on request. While on site we will create your decorations as required ensuring everything is located and positioned exactly as requested. All communication with staff on site will be carried out to ensure the venue are happy with everything. Any specific requirements agreed between us and you as the client will be discussed with the manager of the event.
